Well, after my recent purchase of Android, I got back into reading books again. Using FBReader's built-in option for searching and downloading free e-books, I've stumbled upon a very nice fantasy book written by Elizabeth C. Mock titled http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/17486.
The Philosophical Strangler, Eric Flint

And... Another fine book read. This time it's a parody fantasy book from Eric Flint, titled The Philosophical Strangler. The book follows the adventures of a strangler, named Greyboar, and his agent, Ignice (yep, the strangler got himself an agent). Now, as the title of the book suggests, the strangler has a great interest in philosophy.
Agent of Vega, James H. Schmitz

It is very interesting how much good books can be found on the Internet for free. And when I say free, I'm not talking about torrent and warez sites, but about books that have been published by the authors themselves or publishing houses for anyone to download and read, completely free of charge.
One such books which I've just read is titled 'Agent of Vega', by James H. Schmitz. I've downloaded it from an excellent Baen Free Library (the link to which I found through the FBReader's Free Books page, of course).
